Malcolm Gladwell “Outliers” Interview
Some of us here at Gracepoint Berkeley have been reading the book “Outliers” by Malcolm Gladwell, which is a study of the factors that go into making successful people successful, with plenty of interesting stories. For example, the book opens with an intriguing observation that most pro-hockey players are born in January. He also touches on topics like deliberate practice (which Pastor Ed has mentioned), the role of other people and cultural legacies. Overall an interesting read.
