Southwest Flight Attendant Rap

Here’s a video of a Southwest Airlines flight attendant adding some rhymes of his own to the usually unexciting pre-flight announcements. I’ve been on a few flights where the attendants give their spiel as fast as they can in as monotone a voice as possible, but have never experienced something like this personally. Have you ever experienced like this yourself?

You can also check out the video on the Clean Cut Media blog where there’s also a video showing some interesting stats on the effects of globalization.

OMG this is awesome, I was flying home from Oakland the other day and the flight attendant lady was very funny. She was just saying it pretty fast in a normal tone, but if you caught her jokes they’re funny. I don’t remember all of it, but when she was talking about the oxygen masks, she said “when the mask drops in front you, first stop screaming, then pull the mask down. If you are travelling with children, people who behave like children or people who are not paying attention to this, make sure you put it on yourself before you help your husband.”
Being creative on this job certainly helps the passengers.

Nice flow. I never had a flight attendant who did that, but I did have one attendant who made a horse noise while we were landing. Very funny.
